Alice has immense corporate governance and leadership experience in the energy sector having served on the Governing Board of a major power generating company in Ghana and represented the Board on three of its subsidiaries during which she led several major financing ventures. During her tenure, she chaired the finance subcommittee of the Board.
She happens to be one of the few female Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA) in Africa and represents Africa on the Valuation Credential Board (VCB) of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analyst, (NACVA, USA).
Prior to joining EY, Alice was the Head of Corporate Finance & Research for SIC Financial Services an investment banking firm in Ghana. She has worked with Lloyds TSB and AIG in London, UBA, and Universal Merchant Bank in Ghana.
She uniquely applies a combination of global industry knowledge and practical local experience to address business and strategic issues. She has impressive track record in leading diverse teams across different countries with multiple stakeholders in major transactions and infrastructure project to deliver long term value to clients.
Alice holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom (UK), a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Cape Coast, Ghana and
Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants (CIMA) UK. She is a holder of the Securities Industry Certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange. She was part of the yearlong Energy Finance programme by the National Banking College.
