Capt Michael Fred Norteye graduated from the Regional Maritime University, Trained as Deck Cadet with BSL and sailed with PIL Singapore, PNSL Malaysia, Rooney Shipping Australia where he became Captain; Then ventured Offshore with Emas as Captain then later as DP Instructor. Michael worked ashore as Operations Manager, Fleet Manager and General Manager in Otto Marine Group before returning to Emas as Regional Manager for Africa. In 2016 Michael returned home to FlatC Marine as Director and Shareholder.
