Dr. Alexander Yaw Adusei, Jr. is the CEO of PSC Tema Shipyard Limited and the first Director of Port, Keta under the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authourity. He is a Lawyer by profession and have acquired more than a decade of experience by holding high level positions as an Administrator and Educator in the corporate world, public sector, and academia respectively in United States. His specialized interest covers the field of Change Management, Public Administration, Policy Development and Project Management. Throughout his career, Dr. Adusei has demonstrated a capacity for efficient and effective leadership in managing and coordinating strategic organisational activities. He had his Bachelors in Philosophy with History from the University of Ghana and furthered to pursue his graduate and doctoral studies at The Ohio University. His legal education was obtained from Capital University, Ohio. He continued to Ghana School of Law He has been called to both the American and Ghana Bar Associations. He is also a member of Petroleum Commission's Local Content Board and an Observer on GPHA Board.
