Emmanuel Benjamin Arthur is an expert grade Sustainability, Environment, Health and Safety Management professional with over 16 years combined Mining, Oil and Gas and Regulatory Experience (local/international). He is a Chartered Environmentalist with the Institute if Environmental Sciences (IES) and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). Emmanuel holds a BSc in Natural Resource Management degree from KNUST (Ghana) and an MSc in Environmental Engineering from the University of Nottingham (UK). He worked with the Ghana Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for 3 years on Mining Projects after which he joined Tullow Oil for another 11 years, 10 years with the Ghana Office as the Environmental Manager and his last year as Senior advisor, EHS with the New Ventures Business of the Corporation in London providing EHS support for operations in Suriname, Guyana and Cote D’voire. After leaving Tullow Oil, he went into advisory and consulting services working with SEM365 and Apply Equip providing EHS and Environmental Management Support mainly to the extractives industry.
