Jeff Foli is the country director for Oceaneering Ghana Limited, and plays an integral role within the business and strategy development for the company. Jeff is also part of the Oceaneering steering committee for recruitment, development, training, and capacity building for Ghanaian personnel. Products and services under his coverage and drive include vessels, remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), tooling, and other services within the Oceaneering portfolio. Over the past several years, Jeff has been steering the technical development of Cross Energy as a vessel specialist, as well as Base Manager in Ghana and West Africa.
