is a recognized Oil and Gas professional with over 10 years working experience in the Oil & Gas and other related engineering fields. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering form Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and certificates in Business Management and Administration (ICM, UK) and Project Management. Jennifer currently serves as the General Manager of Intesoll Engineering Solutions Limited and the Deputy Operations Manager of Intesoll Sapura Offshore Limited. She is responsible for the development, proposal, and implementation of strategies to gain market share and promote Intesoll Engineering as the preferred provider of subsea installation/construction and high-end offshore engineering services to the energy markets in Ghana. Her role includes the development and maintenance of executive-level relationships with key customers within the oil and gas industry and the energy markets, overseeing and directing all operational activities for the division and identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and systems. She was the General Manager of Genesis SG Limited, a valve expertise service provider in Ghana. She has also worked with ENI Ghana as an Installation Engineer for a subsea installation campaign (Sankofa – OCTP), a project engineer at McDermott Marine Construction Ltd, a Structural Design and Subsea Installation Specialist at Technip USA Inc., Houston.
