He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Sociology from the University of Ghana, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration (CBA) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is also a Senior Certified Human Resource Professional (SCP) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Joseph Amankwaa Sam has over 14 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Administration in the Transportation and Logistics, Media, and Oil & Gas Industry. He has had considerable exposure to best practices in recruitment, selection, training, and development of locals in the Ghanaian Oil and Gas Industry.
He is currently a Human Resource Business Partner at MODEC Production Services Ghana JV Ltd. His job entails providing support in the management of the human resource services of the company’s operation including recruitment and selection, training and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
