Kwasi Agyeman Manu Senya is Manager, Local Content at the Petroleum Commission. Kwasi joined the Petroleum Commission in 2012 as the Officer in charge of Learning and Development until October, 2018 when he was appointed to pioneer the Business Advisory and Enterprise Development Department. Kwasi has been actively involved in the revision and development of the Petroleum Commission's Five Year Corporate Strategic Plan (2019 - 2023), the development of the Ghana Upstream Business Academy strategy document, and the development of the Petroleum Commission’s Performance Management System policy. Prior to joining the Petroleum Commission, Kwasi had previously worked with Edison Chouest Offshore Ghana Limited, Knutsford University College, The Earls International, Village Aid, Newham College, University of Derby. He is an HR Professional and a Chartered Member of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK. He holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana.
