His interest in developmental issues and finance motivated him to study the development finance program. The program enlightened him on many topics where he developed keen interest in the areas of impact investment and sustainable finance concepts, corporate governance, corporate finance, SME financing and trade policy.

Rexford Addi Kissiedu is an astute Corporate & Investment Banking professional with over 13 years’ experience. Rexford currently works as a Senior Manager-Client Coverage at First National Bank and is responsible for the Resources Sector Portfolio (Oil & Gas / Mining).
He has experience in managing diverse portfolios in different economic sectors and government structures. The experience covers portfolios within the retail & commerce, telecoms & aviation as well as Oil & Gas and Power sectors. He has over the years been immensely involved in the development of portfolio strategy and execution.
Rexford holds an MBA(Marketing) from Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration as well as an MSc Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School. He is also an alumnus of the University of Ghana, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
