Sarah Quayson Danquah is the Ag. Director, Human Resource Localisation at the Petroleum Commission. Sarah is a Human Resource and Skills Development Professional with over 25 years of experience working in various sectors including UN (Habitat), Pharmaceutical, Supply Chain and HR Advisory Services. Sarah has for the past seven years been a Lecturer/Resource Person at the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) and a member of the Standards Committee of the CIHRM. Sarah is also a certified Counselling Psychologist and a member of the Ghana National Association of Certificated Counsellors (GNACC). She is passionate about building competencies and involved in developing strategies for ensuring skills development and enhancing job opportunities of Ghanaians especially in the Upstream Oil and Gas Sector.
